We had an issue at one of the hotels we paid Travel Valet to book where it was a matter of the hotel’s payment system being outdated. So we were unable to check in but Travel Valet compensated the delay by finding us another hotel not too far away and in short to no time. We considered that an upgrade because it was a fantastic stay.
